If you are concerned about your family viewing offensive content on the Internet, then this program is a must have for parents!!!! Blue Coat offers this software free of charge for home/personal use. The software is very easy to install, very difficult to bypass once setup, and extremely effective. There is a registration required, but is free. Parents can recieve alerts, view reports on Internet browsing activity, and even lock out Internet browsing for a specified period of time if there have been browsing violations. I highly recommend this software for any home computer.

VMWare Player is a free product and you can download "Virtual Appliances" which will start right up in VMWare Player. For those of you wanting to dig into virtualization a little more, consider purchasing the VMWare Workstation product.

Another excellent, commercial line of virtualization software. For use on my workstation, this is my personal favorite. Very inexpensive and very feature rich!!
